All of our limited collections are hand-crafted in small batches. Once they sell out, they are gone for good. We do this in an effort to reduce waste and damage to the environment.

which products are eligible?

Currently only our nail polish bottles are eligible for our recycling program

how long will it take to receive the e-gift card?

The e-gift card will be sent via email within 5 business days after your empties have been delivered and received by us. 

Please note that the e-gift card does not expire, and can only be used exclusively on ellepolish.com

can customers send back more than 5 bottles?

Yes! Feel free to send back more than 5 empty bottles, however please note that we have a maximum e-gift card allotment of $20 per month, per customer, for our recycling program!

are international customers eligible to participate in our recycling program?

Currently, our recycling program is only open to Canadian and US customers.
