Are your products tested on animals?
Are your nail polishes 10-free?
Yes, they are 10-free. In fact, they are free of more than 17 common toxins found in most conventional nail polish formulas. However, to maintain transparency, we have decided not to label our polish in this manner. You can easily find our list of ingredients on our ingredients page.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan.

Will elle polish be coming out with a base coat, top coat and/or other nail care?
Yes! Stay tuned.
Where are elle nail polishes made?
Our polishes are all ethically hand-crafted in the USA. Our packaging and materials are always sustainably sourced. Read more about our practices here.
Do you offer free samples and/or are you looking for swatchers?
We do not offer free samples and are not actively looking for swatchers at this time.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders that are $60 and over (excluding taxes). Please note that Standard Shipping does not include tracking for US orders.
During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout.
Please note: we do not cover customs charges, government taxes and duties for international orders.
How do I cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to cancel the order. If your order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order.
How do I return an item?
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for any reason. However, if you received a damaged product, please send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days and we will get back to you with instructions for claiming a refund. Email must include an order number as well as an image documenting the damaged item(s).
I already checked out how do I change my order?
We are not able to make changes to orders, however, if you let us know soon enough we may be able to cancel your current order so you can place a new order with the correct products. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel or change the order.
When will you be restocking sold out nail polishes?
Check back soon! Unless an item is limited edition, we are working hard on restocking your faves.
Please note that seasonal collections are limited edition- we may restock certain shades but it's not guaranteed.
Do you sell elle polish in stores?
elle polish is currently available exclusively on ellepolish.com. No other websites are authorized to sell elle polish products, so if you do find an elle polish product elsewhere, we unfortunately can't verify its origins and quality. As a result, we can't provide help, returns, or refunds for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS. Please note that packages to the United States do not automatically come with any tracking information.
Unfortunately, shipping regulations on nail polish mean it may be slower to arrive than other products.
COVID-19: Due to the current circumstances, you may experience delays in processing and receiving your order. Shipping delays may happen once your order is dispatched and we cannot guarantee shipping times and always suggest selecting our tracked shipping options for US orders (expedited), as they do not automatically come with any, to ensure that your package is traceable. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are mailed.

We currently ship within Canada and to the US only.
